Wow, it's been since Feb. since I wrote on here. Alot has happened since then. Lets see, we've moved to Statesboro - it's close enough to Savannah for Daniel to drive and it's not too damn expensive. But we don't plan to stay here forever. We'll move closer to Savannah in the coming years. Besides that, hopefully this upcoming week Marley Jolene will be gracing us with her presence. Trust me, I'm extremely big and miserable and ready for this chunker to come out! I'll find out tommorow what day I will be induced.
Besides that, things are quiet. Me and Daniel are wonderful. Alyssa is great, she's ready to start Kindergarten and excited about meeting new friends. She is such a delightful child. Although she is hard headed and stubborn, I couldn't have asked for a better child. Her little sister will have a great role model to look up too. Alyssa is extremely smart, funny, sweet (when she wants to be), and just all around a good kid. She is excited to be a big sister and I have promised her that she will be the 3rd person to hold little Jolene (that's what we'll call her). She told me she was gonna be mad if anyone got to hold her besides me and "Pa" before her. So I'll make sure not to upset her!! But she really is wonderful. I have a feeling she'll be a big helper too!
Daniel is enjoying his job. It's in Savannah but he travels all around anywhere from Hilton Head, SC to Brunswick, GA to Unadilla, GA. He gets tired of driving alot all the time, but he knows that this job is a top of the line job, not something anyone with sense would pass up. And plus, if the only thing he doesn't like is driving, well, he can just get over that one! He's excited about the baby too. He and Alyssa have become pretty close and he really is a great dad.
Me, I'm just ready to get this baby out. Can't say that enough! But she'll be coming soon so I should just shut up already! But that's the update and I know, we're pretty boring people! But at least none of it was bad. That's all we can ever hope for anymore huh? No bad news!!!
