In Moderation

In an excessive world, we tend to forget to live our lives in moderation. Moderation, in otherwords slowing it down. Taking time to smell the roses. Even if you might be chased away by a territorial bumble bee, roses still have a beautiful smell and are worth the 3 minutes of your life to bend over and take a big whiff.

I was never a big fan of taking my sweet precious time in the slow lane. I was always the one passing those "idiot" drivers in the fast lane to get to where I needed to go in more than a hurry. But lately, I'm growing to appreciate the precious little time that I have left on earth. The precious moment that I am blessed with to spend with my children and my husband. I've realized, I'm in no hurry to grow up. I'm in no hurry to miss out on the important things in life nor the simple things. Maybe we should all take this attitude and the world could possibly be a much better place.

Peace, love, and happiness..... No Worries.
